Deliberate Sin in the Face of Grace

Grace is the Change-Agent

God’s Grace is the solution to this; God’s empowering presence… Grace IS NOT permission to stay as you are. Grace says you are accepted.

Grace is the method of divine dealing in salvation and in the believer’s life and service. As saved, he is “not under law but under grace” (Rom 6:14).

 

Choices Dictate Outcome

We have been given free will. Therefore, we make choices. Do we ever think in advance about the choices? The outcomes? There is a process to this. In each choice there is an opposing choice. Choose Love, counter is Hate. etc. One builds, one destroys.

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control;”  Gal 5:22,23

The Gift of Expectancy

Simeon, Anna lived with Imminency Luke 2:25-38  An event first announced in 2000 B.C., happened 2000 years ago.  What causes expectancy in you during Christmas time? Is there an expectancy in your stable for Christmas of finding Jesus?

Life in the New Covenant

The blood of Christ is what washed our sins away. Now that we’re clean, we can enter the holy place. Period. All that is required. This is Grace. Grace in action. The blood transaction is finished.

The Purpose of Jesus’ Life, Death, Resurrection The New Covenant Hebrews 7-9. Happens At The Cross. What did Jesus secure for us at the Cross? 

What do we see in our physical world?

1. People everywhere, good spirit-filled people, get sick and die. Every one of them.
2. Some people are healed and some are not. But they get sick again maybe with the same thing or something different.
3. No matter what we do, our body ages and our health deteriorates. No matter what.

Doesn’t the bible say by His stripes I am healed (Isa 53:4)? Isn’t Jesus quoted as saying that whatever I believe and pray for He will give me (Mk 11:24)? 

Draw Near to God

and He will Draw Near to You. The Dilemma: The faith struggle we must solve in our heart is how to be near to an invisible God. The Questions: But how? How can we know God even exists much less be near to Him? Why don’t I hear Him speak? Why does He allow evil and suffering? Why hasn’t He healed me? Why don’t I see more victory in life over my sin? If we have free will why does God even matter?

Predestination v. Free Will

How can both predestination and free will exist together? Seems it is either-or. But what if it is both-and? Listen in and be enlightened with the amazing answer.

Prophecy - giving it, receiving it

Why this message?
1. there is a plague of false prophets.
2. they are very public and are dramatically influencing Christian culture and the Church 
3. And, the Apostle Paul desired that we would all prophesy. (1 Corinthians 14:1)
