Leprosy was God’s way of judging sin in the OT. A mark of His displeasure. And only God could heal it. To be declared clean they had to work through the priest, not a doctor. They had to leave camp for a week.  If people came near them they had to yell, “unclean” to warn people.  At the end of the week they had to go to the priest to be declared clean.

In this post-Christian society most people don’t have a picture of what a Christian is.  Or they have a distorted picture.  Most societies around the world are majority religion and therefore the culture around them demonstrates what an adherent of that religion is like.  Not so in America anymore. Listen in as we discuss this dilemma!

God wants us to see the problems of our day as our responsibility. Since we are the only salt and light to this world, it is our job to take the transforming light of Christ to those who need it most.  What are typical reasons we don’t? Afraid, lack of a plan, lack of technique, lack of purpose.

Lying is uniformly condemned throughout the Bible. The fact is, apart from divine revelation it cannot be proved that lying is wrong. Why do we lie? Why should we not lie?  What if the truth hurts?  What if the lie protects?
