Grace Travelers

The Grace Effect is what happens in the object of grace when it is received.  Grace starts with God and it falls upon the person who has let God change.  And then they become a grace vessel or ambassador emulating this spiritual action.  And, another person within the grace-reach becomes the recipient of grace.  And from there, it begins to impact and affect larger society.

Jesus says, "Behold I am making all things new".  Problems Should Not Define Us.  Perspective.  We can see everything from at least two perspectives - ours and God’s, positive and negative.  How do we look at our own life situations?

This phrase on things we buy is a common consumer phrase.  Often instills fear in the buyer or recipient.  This phrase applies to our Christian life too.  This was intentional on God’s part.  He enjoys looking down from heaven watching this whole process. 

Imagine a world without signs. What do we use them for?  Travel back to 700 B.C. with us and hear about two significant signs that affect YOUR life today.

what is this good news? how will it be of great joy? and why intended for all people?

Proverbs are wisdom from God.  They are excellent at encouraging us to live a godly life.  They are short, easy to memorize, and can be posted on our refrigerators (which is a law that you have pictures and notes on your frig!!).  See if this message encourages you!

A special kind of unity is created out of shared event/trauma/commonality. Organizations and memorials spring up.  Regular meetings happen. Rituals are performed. Reunions are organized.  Clothing or jewelry is worn to identify membership. We all understand this. But what about an event that happened 2000 years ago?  Does it also create this special kind of unity?

This question arises from humanity's first family.  Unbelievably, the first son was killed by his younger brother! The question still challenges us today. Being a keeper requires that you be in community.  Involved in each other’s lives.  Not distant or aloof.  Most  people need to come to church to enter into these relationships.  Our community needs this. In simple language, it is the journey of the Believer with a destination.  It is evidenced by attributes acquired, not actions performed or restrained from. It is the journey of every believer and is a personal journey. We are all at different points in our journey as well.  After listening you should find a lot of peace and some motivation.
